If you are an event host and would prefer that we do not use images from your event for marketing, please let us know before the event and we will respect that request.

  • Enquiry data is stored securely via our website platform (Squarespace) and email provider (Google Workspace)

  • Event photographs are stored securely on our systems and on our digital sharing platform

  • We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after your last communication with us

  • We retain event photographs for up to 12 months after the event, unless otherwise agreed with the host

We may share your data with the following third parties, solely for the purpose of delivering our services:
